Welcome to our VIP Lounges. To ensure a comfortable and pleasant experience, we have established the following Terms and Conditions that apply to all users. By accessing and using our facilities, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. Access to the VIP Lounge
1.1. Access to the VIP Lounge is reserved for:
- Day passes.
- Cardholders of credit cards or specific programs that include access to VIP Lounges as a benefit. (Restrictions apply).
- Passengers of partner airlines who have invitations or benefits related to loyalty programs.
- Guests of authorized users, subject to applicable policies and fees.
1.2. Minors must always be accompanied by a responsible adult and ensure their behavior is appropriate at all times.
1.3. Pets: All calm pets accustomed to being around other people are welcome. Pets must always be under the custody of their owner with a leash and/or collar to avoid any risk. For more information, please refer to our policy: Pet Policy.
1.4. Access without a reservation is limited to operational hours and the maximum capacity allowed in each lounge.
2. Use of Facilities
2.1. The following are not permitted:
- Smoking or vaping inside the lounge.
- Inappropriate, noisy, offensive behavior, or actions that disturb the tranquility of other users.
- Improper use of furniture, equipment, or facilities.
2.2. You must respect the time limit for staying in the lounge as indicated by the lounge staff.
2.3. The work and rest areas are designed for personal use only; commercial activities that affect other users are not allowed.
3. Available Services
3.1. The availability of food, beverages, Wi-Fi, rest areas, and other services may vary depending on location and season. Premium alcoholic drinks are available for an additional charge in some lounges.
3.2. The food and beverages offered are for exclusive consumption inside the lounge.
4. User Responsibility
4.1. Each user is responsible for their personal belongings; we are not liable for losses or damages. Any items left behind in our facilities will be reported and handed over to the lost and found department of the corresponding terminal.
4.2. Any damage caused by a user to the facilities will be the user’s responsibility and may result in additional charges.
5. Reservation and Cancellation Policies
5.1. Reservations for access to the VIP Lounge, if required, must be made in advance and are subject to availability.
5.2. Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid penalties.
6. Privacy Policy

7. Modifications
